We offer complete wedding photography coverage for the entire weekend, including the rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and post-wedding activities. This allows us to capture all the little moments that make up your big day, from the pre-wedding preparations to the final dance of the night.

After you inquire, we'll set up a consult via zoom or over the phone, where we'll determine together if we're the right fit.

We develop a tailored proposal outlining our wedding photography services and costs for your wedding day.

We'll work with you and your planner to ensure your vision will come true. We have an unlimited consultation policy - that means text or email us when you have a question or concern.

As storytellers, we know that your relationship is more than just a wedding day. We also want you to get comfortable in front of the camera before your big day.

This comes with a delivery of our wedding guide and two questionnaires. One is just a catch all questionnaire, and the other is for your family portrait list. From this, and the timeline from your planner, we will create a custom photography timeline. We will set up a time with you for our final consultation - going over the timeline and any other details needed.

While you are honeymooning we will be busy processing all the images. We deliver your finished images in a beautiful password protected gallery within 30 days of your wedding.

Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 40% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before your wedding day.

Most couples get anywhere between 500 and 1200 pictures. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding depending on variables such as length of your day, how many guests, and the different events within the day.

We delivered your fully edited gallery of pictures in less than 30 days.

Yes! And I absolutely love them. We do two different kinds: a modern layflat album with thick pages and photographic paper bound in a luxurious leather or linen cover, or a magazine style book with thin pages. Both are really cool, and will last a lifetime with proper care.
Albums are sold a la carte after your wedding day.

I shoot with Sony A7RV cameras right now with a variety of prime lenses. For lighting I use Profoto flashes.

Yes. If your venue requires us to provide a certificate of insurance we are happy to provide that to them.

My expertise is still photography. I am happy to provide you with a list of recommended videographers who are great at what they do.

While we deliver our images within 30 days (we think that is pretty fast!), we get it that some folks want their pictures sooner. We can do a rush delivery (you get your images in 8 days) for an additional fee of 1500.

You should choose Hudson River after you have looked through our website, after you have viewed a few full galleries, and after you have met me on zoom. If you everything is in alignment then you know you have made the right choice.
We have had an amazing roster of couples during the last 16 years of photographing weddings - and that is a lot of weddings (over 300+).
